COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS PROTECTION AGREEMENT


*1.1 Transferor:* Dinara Schio Desenvolvimento Pessoal LTDA, registered with CNPJ no. 46.844088/0001-29, hereinafter referred to as "Transferor".


*2. Object*

*2.1* The purpose of this term is to protect the copyright and intellectual rights of the Transferor over the works, content, materials and any other intellectual products developed by the same, hereinafter referred to as "Works".

*3. Copyright and Intellectual Rights*

*3.1* The Assignor Dinara Schio Desenvolvimento Pessoal LTDA is the sole and exclusive holder of the copyright and intellectual rights over the Works, as provided for in Law No. 9,610/98 (Copyright Law).

*3.2* Reproduction, copying, distribution, publication, sharing or any other form of use of the Works is prohibited without the express written authorization of the Assignor Dinara Schio Desenvolvimento Pessoal LTDA.

*4. Prohibition of Piracy and Copies*

*4.1* The Assignee undertakes not to carry out, permit or facilitate piracy, copying, reproduction, distribution, publication or sharing of the Works, under penalty of civil and criminal liability in accordance with current legislation.

*5. Confidentiality*

*5.1* The Assignee undertakes to keep confidential all confidential information received from Dinara Schio Desenvolvimento Pessoal LTDA and not to disclose it to third parties without due written authorization.

*6. Penalties*

Failure to comply with any clause of this term will subject the offender to the penalties provided for in current legislation, including, but not limited to, compensation for material and moral damages.


Dinara Schio Personal Development LTDA*

1. *Reproduction Prohibition:* Reproduction, copying, distribution, publication or sharing of the course without written authorization is prohibited.

2. *License of Use:* The buyer receives a personal and non-transferable license to use the course.

3. *Monitoring and Legal Action:* The company reserves the right to monitor the use of the course and take legal action against any violations.

4. *Confidentiality:* The buyer must keep all confidential information about the course confidential.

5. *Penalties:* Any violation of the terms will result in penalties in accordance with current legislation.
